Applicant Guggenheim Development Services LLC is requesting area variances to allow the following:

• a lot area of 36,537 sq. ft. where a minimum of 45,000 sq. ft. is required.
• a 9’ (north) side setback for house at 974 Jackson Rd. where 20’ is required.
• a 1.5’ (south) side buffer area where 20’ is required.
• a 15’ (east) rear buffer area where 25’ is required.

Applicant David Baran is requesting an area variance to allow a 7’ side setback where 20’ is required associated with the construction of a 12’ by 24’ accessory building on a .71-acre parcel having SBL # 050.01-1-78 located in an R-1 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-9 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
