Applicant Bay Blue LLC is requesting area variances to allow the following:
  a. Building height of 38’ where a maximum of 30’ is permitted
  b. Lot coverage of 48.3% where a maximum of 33% is permitted
  c. 19’ setback from high water’s edge where a minimum of 25’ is required
associated with the construction of an 11,278 sf single family residence on a 1.15-acre parcel having SBL # 078.18-1-55.21 located in a WD Waterfront Development District under Sections 225-10 and 225-22 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

2.)  1360 SCHLEGEL ROAD ADDITION: Located at 1360 Schlegel Road.

Applicant Connie Hotchkin is requesting an area variance to allow a 41’ front setback where 60’ is required associated with the expansion of an attached garage on a .41-acre parcel having SBL # 065.01-1-18 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 225-11 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

3.)  669 VOSBURG ROAD FRONT PORCH EXPANSION: Located at 669 Vosburg Road.

Applicant Robert Pazda is requesting an area variance to allow a 32’ front setback where 75’ is required associated with the enlargement of an existing enclosed porch on a 1.2-acre parcel having SBL # 063.02-1-4 located in an LL Large Lot Single Family Residential District under Section 225-12 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

4.)  1040 LAKE ROAD ACCESSORY STRUCTURE: Located at 1040 Lake Road.

Applicant Richard Furia is requesting area variances to allow an accessory structure to be located nearer to the front property line than the rear footprint of the principal structure associated with the construction of a 25’ x 20 accessory structure on a 1.88-acre parcel having SBL # 049.11-1-12.11 located in an R-1 Single Family Zoning District under Section 225-36 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
