1.   410 WHITING ROAD:

Located at 410 Whiting Road. Applicant Ron Broccolo is requesting area variances to allow:

a.) an average lot width of 217.67’ for lot 1, where 250’ is required
b.) an average lot width of 204.55’ for lot 2, where 250’ is required
associated with the creation of a proposed 3.0-acre flag lot by subdividing an existing 6.85-acre parcel having SBL # 049.03-1-33.1 located in an LL Large Lot Zoning District under Section 225- 12 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
