Program Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for cancellations prior to 10 days of the program start date, less a $10.00 processing fee per program participant. Refunds after this period will be given on a pro-rated basis and only when accompanied by a signed doctor’s certificate indicating inability to participate. If your program has been cancelled by the Webster Parks and Recreation Department you will receive a full refund. If you paid by cash/check, you will be refunded by check. If you paid by credit card you will receive a refund via credit.
