4.Resolution to approve the renewal of the Mobile Home Park Permit for the Sunset Valley Manufactured Home Community for the calendar year 2026. Approved
5.Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to enter into Inter-Municipal Agreements and Funding with Monroe County for STOP DWI and High Visibility Programs. Approved
6. Resolution to authorize an agreement between the Highway Superintendent and the Webster Town Board to spend 2026 Highway Funds for General Repairs and Permanent Improvements in the amounts stated within the agreement and as approved in the 2026 Budget. Approved
7. Resolution to authorize Renewable Natural Gas engineering/design cost to come from current $85 million contract owner allowance/contingency and to have said engineering and design start immediately. Amended - Approved
8. Resolution to NOT refer a proposed project in the HC High-Intensity Commercial District to the Planning Board for the purpose of Site Plan Review located at 1030 Ridge Road, Tax ID #079.15-1-5 under Section 350-19 F of the Code of the Town of Webster. Amended - Approved
