March 29, 2024: The Webster Highway Department will have mulch and wood chips available for pickup at the Orchard Road location (near Holt Road) beginning Friday, April 5.
Deliveries to those who have put in home delivery orders to the Highway Department will also begin the week of April 1 - April 5. The order of deliveries is not specific.
