1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

4.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a contract with Coke-fairlife on a 10-year payment plan on a 12,000 linear foot conveyance pipe upsize from Tebor Road to Phillips Road trunk line. Tabled

5.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a contract with Coke-fairlife on a 10-year payment plan on a one-time tie in fee to the Town Sanitary Sewer System. Tabled

6.    Resolution to appoint Shelley LaRocca, Town of Ontario, as the School Tax Collector for the 2024-2025 school year for the portion of properties in the Town of Webster located in the Wayne Central School District. Approved

7.    Resolution to approve the following items for recycling from the Sewer Department. Approved
