Public Hearing:  To pursue a Restore NY funding request for West Webster Hamlet Revitalization, specifically, properties located at 600 Ridge Road and 602 Ridge Road.

Public Hearing:  To consider the establishment of a Progressive Development District (PDD), at 799 Holt Road (former lumberyard site).

Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to approve a Fill Permit for 1496 and 1536 Ridge Road.

5.    Resolution to install “No Parking Signs,” at the Klem Rd. and Hojack Trail location.

6.    Resolution to apply for Restore NY funding to demolish and/or rehabilitate an area of Ridge and Gravel Roads in the Town of Webster.

7.    Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign an Intermunicipal Agreement with Monroe County for Snow and Ice Control Services.

8.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a one-year agreement ending December 31, 2025, with Pilato Entertainment, Marketing & Media LLC for publication of the Town magazine, Webster Today, for an amount not to exceed $46,000.00, inclusive of postage.

9.    Resolution to refer McAlpin Industry's proposed project at 875 Publisher's Parkway to the Planning Board for the purpose of Site Plan Review. 

10.    Resolution to cancel November 7, 2024, Resolution # 320, to set a Public Hearing for December 5, 2024, on the Progressive Development District (PDD) amendment for Ridge Commons.

11.    Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign an extension of the Campus Construction Management, Inc. project Coordinator Services for the Coca-Cola/ fairlife project for the Town of Webster (original contract resolution was approved on February 15,2024).

12.    Resolution for retirement system buy-out as of January 1, 2025.

13.    Resolution to enter contract negotiations on the EMS agency recommended by the EMS committee.
