Public Hearing- To do an amendment/corrective action to a PDD set up in 2019 on Ridge commons.

Regular Town Business:


1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.


2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.


3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.


4. Resolution to set Public Hearing for May 15, 2025, on potential code changes relating to code enforcement and to be advertised in the May 7, 2025, edition of the Webster Herald.  


5. Resolution to solicit bids for demolition services at 600 Ridge Road, Tax ID # 078.20-1-11, and advertised in the May 7, 2025, edition of the Webster Herald. Bids will be open for 30 days (Friday, June 6, 2025).


6. Resolution to abandon portions of, and take by easement new portions of, a sanitary sewer easement and stormwater drainage easement, located at 1129 Shallow Brook Terrace, Tax Account ID # 095.05-4-10.1.


7. Resolution to abandon portions of a sanitary sewer easement and stormwater drainage easement located at 1131 Shallow Brook Terrace, Tax Account ID # 095.05-4.9.1


8. Resolution to consider referring a proposed project located at 633 Basket Road, Tax ID # 066.03-1-9.11 to the Planning Board for the purpose of conducting site plan review, pursuant to Section 350-22(D) of the Webster Town Code.


9. Resolution to solicit bids for a precast concrete box culvert associated with the completion of the Regional Stormwater Facility located in Finn Park off of Gravel Rd, and advertised in the May 7, 2025, edition of the Webster Herald. Bids will be due on (Tuesday, June 10, 2025).


10. Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Schneider Geospatial, LLC for online assessment data and hosting, expiring December 31, 2027.

11. Resolution for the Supervisor to sign an amendment with Barton & Loguidice in the amount of $16,550 for continued work regarding Shipbuilders Creek and DEC permitting.


12. Resolution for the Supervisor to sign a Change Order in the amount of $57,014.60 for Morsch Pipeline.
