Regular Town Business:

1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4. Resolution to approve the budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance.

6. Resolution to accept the low bid(s) on the salt barn/wash station. TABLED

7. Resolution to close the Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I Project (H0220) and to transfer the remaining funds amounting to $380,477.75 to the Debt Service Fund.

8. Resolution to extend the Town contract with Campus pertaining to fairlife, from January 1, 2026, to a) the Town issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy to fairlife, or b) December 31, 2026. Whichever comes first.
