Lodge Information

Webster Parks and Recreation provides lodges to rent by individuals, groups, and organizations for special occasions such as family reunions, corporates events, birthday parties, graduations, weddings, receptions and much more.

Lodge reservations can be booked up to ONE (1) year in advance. Reservations are accepted Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, by calling our office at (585) 872-7103, and selecting option 0. All holiday lodge rentals will incur an additional $150 flat charge. The daily rental time on all lodges is 7:30am - 10:00pm. You can purchase an extra hour (until 11:00pm) and/or garbage pickup for an additional $35.00 each, otherwise all Town of Webster Parks and Recreation facilities are a carry in, carry out. If you are renting a tent from a rental company, this requires a two day lodge rental. You must be 21 years old to reserve a facility. You will receive an email the Wednesday prior to your reservations with information in regarding your key pick. You will receive an email the Wednesday prior to your reservation with information regarding your key pick up. Please note there is a $50 refundable deposit at the time of key pick up. This deposit will be refunded once we receive the key back to our office.  

Cancellation Policy: A 20% cancellation fee will be assessed for any lodge reservations cancelled prior to 10 days of the reservation date, after which the fee is nonrefundable.
