Program Registration Online

Registering online is the easiest way to register for most programs. Alternate option for registering is:

Our online registration system is WebTrac. Once you click the "Online Registration" below, you will be redirected to WebTrac to complete the registration process. You must have or create a household account on WebTrac, and then be logged in to that account, in order to register.

CHECK: Make payable to "Webster Recreation" (unless otherwise noted). Returned check fee is $25.

CASH: DO NOT mail cash!

PROGRAM FEES
Fees are due at the time of registration. No exceptions.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available as noted below, unless otherwise stated in the program description. All refund requests must go through the Webster Parks and Recreation office.
1. If your program has been cancelled by the Webster Parks and Recreation Department you will receive a full refund. If you paid by cash/check, you will be refunded by check. If you paid by credit card you will receive a refund via credit.
2. You will receive a refund for cancellations prior to 10 days of the program start date, minus a $10.00 processing fee per program participant. 
3. Within one week of the program start date, or after a program has begun, only medical refunds will be granted. A doctor's written statement must accompany your request. The refund amount is subject to a $10.00 processing fee and will be pro-rated based upon the date of your notification to the Recreation office, not the date of your injury/illness.
6. No refunds after a program has ended.
