LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Webster, County of Monroe, New York on Tuesday June 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Board Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York 14580, to consider the following applications:

SCHEDULED MATTERS:


1. WEBSTER FITNESS COMPANY SIGN: Located at 855 Publisher’s Parkway.

Applicant Todd Levine is requesting SIGN APPROVAL associated with the installation of a 68.73 SF internally lit building mounted façade sign for Webster Fitness Company (rebranding from Gold’s Gym) on a 44.14-acre parcel having SBL # 079.06-1-32.11 located in an OP Core Area North Office Park District under Section 265-7 of the Code of the Town of Webster. 


2. VISION NISSAN ADDITION: Located at 785 Ridge Road.

Applicant Robert Sanders is requesting SKETCH PLAN REVIEW associated with the construction of a 1,400 SF building addition for an enclosed service entrance area and associated façade improvements to an existing car dealership on a 2.43-acre parcel having SBL# 079.17-1-20 located in an MC Medium Intensity Commercial District under Sections 269-5 and 350-18 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

3. PIPELINE WAY IN-LAW SUITE: Located at 504 Pipeline Way.

Applicant Matt Berry is requesting ACCESSORY APARTMENT WAIVER APPROVAL associated with the construction of a 1,072 SF attached accessory apartment addition to an existing single-family residence on a 0.69-acre parcel having SBL# 066.01-23.3 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Section 350-50 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

and Webster Road.

Applicant Grove Underhill, LLC is requesting PRELIMINARY / FINAL SUBDIVISION AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL (PUBLIC HEARING) associated with the creation of 9 lots for construction of 8 single family residences and an associated stormwater management facility on a 5.55-acre parcel having SBL# 065.18-1-27 located in an R-3 Single Family Residential District under Sections 269-11, 296-20 and 350-12 of the Code of the Town of Webster.
