A Right of Way Permit approved by the Superintendent of Highways is required for any work performed in the right of way.
The Webster Town Code states that nothing of a permanent nature or character shall be placed in the town's rights of way or easements. This includes, but is not limited to:
Driveways
Fences
Invisible fences
Landscaping
Sheds
Sprinkler systems
Easement Regulations:
Easements may encompass your property for many reasons. It is best to check with the Building Department to verify what may or may not exist on your property. Nothing of a permanent nature or character may be placed on or within the easement boundaries.
