Criminal Investigations Section (CIS)

The Criminal Investigations Section is part of the Operations Bureau. In addition to managing criminal investigations, the CIS team conduct background investigations, manage criminal warrants and oversee the sex offender registry for Webster, NY.

Kelley Gaffield 

Suspicious Death

Kelley Gaffield, at age 16, was last seen August 8, 1995, at 6:00 pm in the Phillips Road area in the Village of Webster. Kelly's body was discovered October 22, 1995, in a wooded area in Webster. The cause of her death is undetermined.

A reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the death of Kelley Gaffield.
